Scott has over 30 years experience supporting clients in growing their organisations and transforming their performance. He works with clients across Europe and the UK, from Board level to front line delivery, in both the public and private sectors. Scott’s approach focuses on challenging the status quo and facilitating the development of innovative solutions, often by drawing on learning and transferable best practice from across a wide range of sectors.
His particular strength is ensuring client projects lead to demonstrable improvements in performance and the delivery of tangible benefits. Scott is a driven and determined individual, whose challenging approach is underpinned by the excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to secure strong stakeholder engagement in projects.
Scott has extensive experience in helping organisations forge collaborative relationships, partnerships and alliances within, and across, the public and private sectors. He has worked with central government departments, local authorities, the health sector, government agencies, the oil and gas industry, infrastructure companies, rail contractors and many others.
His pro bono work is driven by his passion for improving the health and rights of children and young people across the world.
Chris has over 30-years’ experience of working in both the private and public sectors supporting clients to procure large complex infrastructure projects and in supporting the supply chain to successfully bid for and secure the same. He is passionate about winning new business and developing innovative opportunities that consistently deliver the best value solution for his clients. He leads our Strategic Work Winning and Business Improvement Team and has helped our clients’ secure over £40bn of new business over the last 10 years.
Chris is an excellent communicator and works closely with his clients to develop winning solutions aligning each business with the needs of their clients’ and a developing workable and value adding delivery models that are innovative and affordable. His experience of client side environment and in particular the range of procurement routes now being used by the likes of the Highways England, Transport for Wales and Network Rail has ensured consistently high tender success rates particularly in collaborative based procurement.
Richard has over 25-years’ of management consultancy experience. He works throughout the UK as a consultant, facilitator, trainer and business advisor working at the most senior level through to front line staff, in both the public and private sectors. As a very personable, hands-on consultant, he brings objectivity, knowledge, challenge and enthusiasm to all his client projects, building strong relationships and regularly exceeding expectations in both the quality and added value of his support.
Richard has significant experience of managing and supporting procurement, work winning and stakeholder engagement activity for his clients; increasingly specialising in collaborative based procurement routes. In the last 10 years, he has supported client bid teams in successfully tendering for infrastructure and wider public contracts in excess of £15bn. During the same period, he has developed and implemented numerous stakeholder engagement methodologies as a means of consulting; communicating; and securing ownership of project objectives, deliverables and outcomes. His knowledge of local government, Highways England, the NHS and Network Rail, combined with an in depth understanding of collaborative working, has added significant value to clients.
James’s background has been in business and strategy development, work winning, procurement and logistics, working on some of the largest local government maintenance and infrastructure projects in recent years. He has worked to create teams capable of going beyond their initial expectations. A hands-on approach has given James the insight into challenges at the tactical and at a strategic level, giving a comprehensive understanding of the needs of the business. He has worked extensively across both the public and private sector over the last 30 years’ and is a highly-motivated professional with excellent leadership qualities. James has a flair for business development is a great communicator with adept people skills at all levels; recognised both commercially for a strong intellectual and pragmatic understanding of business systems/strategies across a wide number of industry sectors.

Eleanor has over 20 years’ experience of marketing communications, predominantly in the construction and professional services sectors. Eleanor held senior marketing and communications positions in Mouchel Group plc and Parkman Group Ltd before pursuing a career in consultancy, where she has worked with multi-billion pound firms, innovative technology start-ups and UK university faculties to provide expert advice and services as a strategist, marketer, writer, editor and communications consultant on a range of diverse projects.
Danielle has 12 years’ experience in delivering projects in the UK and overseas where she has developed her expertise in focusing multi-disciplined teams efforts in order to deliver solid, tangible results. Through excellent communication and planning skills, Danielle concentrates on collaboratively forging the varied strengths of individuals along with team skills and applying them to ensure streamlined, successful project outcomes.
Ashley is a bidding professional with wide ranging experience across both the public and private sectors. He has been responsible for completing Expression of Interests (EoI) , Requests for Information (RFQ), (Pre Qualification Questionnaires) PQQs and (invitation to Tenders) ITTs, providing hands on bid writing and evidence gathering of technical and compliance information including the Highways Sector, for tender submissions. Ashley has a transferable skill set allowing him to utilise his experience and knowledge of bid writing in a collaborative environment to support with a variety of projects.
Georgina leads our research team and has excellent experience and a sound track record within the infrastructure sector. Working in a large infrastructure organisation, Georgina provided market leading research into procurement, policy and commissioning in the public sector. She held responsibility for business development research focussed on the highways market, but has experience across the wider public sector commissioning agenda. As a Shipley-certified professional, Georgina has produced several detailed Capture Plans detailing customer win themes, hot buttons and informing bid strategies.

John is a Chartered Engineer with over 30 years’ successful contracting and consulting leadership experience, winning and delivering major commissions in a variety of infrastructure disciplines. John is currently winning work for key clients in rail, highways and renewable energy sectors by writing and managing the production of successful tender propositions. He leads and supports teams in all aspects of winning work including bid strategy, storyboarding, bid management, writing, editing and review, plus development of collaborative skills and behaviours.
John is a highly motivated operational senior leader with solid experience managing all levels of multiple projects including Highways England’s TMC; MAC and ASC Contracts. Successful management of key business initiatives to build and retain high performing teams, which have resulted in turning struggling contracts into successful operating units, which can be demonstrated through collaborative performance frameworks. With 17-years, managerial experience with overall responsibility for up to 170 staff and operatives, a strong Health and Safety Culture is always paramount in planning and delivering programmed works.
Frank is a proactive and client focused project manager with 15 years’ experience in bid management and design development of Infrastructure, Construction and FM projects. Frank trained as an architect and has subsequently worked in consultancy, contractor and investment roles. Frank’s over-riding quality is to gel and focus bid teams, delivering work winning solutions.
Jennifer has over 20 years’ experience working within corporate communications and procurement. She held a senior communications position within Aviva PLC, before pursuing a career in bid writing and management. Over the past ten years, Jennifer has concentrated predominantly upon the healthcare sector, working with a number of clients to win business through innovative and engaging proposals. She holds a Masters degree, and is APMP, NLP and Prince2 certified. An award-winning writer, Jennifer has been recognised for her skill in shaping solutions to improve patient outcomes, while developing sustainable business propositions for her clients.

Nicola has over 25-years’ experience as an Organisational Development Consultant and Learning & Development Manager and a strong background in public sector people development and change management. Her experience includes 7 years as a Learning & Development Manager in local government. She has a breadth of experience in business and people development consultancy and has achieved excellent results in facilitation and development work with individuals and teams at all levels, including Chief Officers and Elected Members.
